Shift Manager, Operations Lead

As an Area/Shift Manager at Amazon Italia Transport Srl, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with colleagues across different teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: You will be responsible for managing a team of logistics and transportation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Operational Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining process efficiency, ensuring that our logistics and transportation services are running smoothly and on schedule.
- Safety and Wellbeing: You will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team, ensuring that all employees are working in a safe and healthy environment.
- Process Improvement: You will be responsible for analysing performance data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize work processes and improve customer service.
- Collaboration: You will be working closely with other managers and teams to standardize shift processes and ensure that our logistics and transportation services are aligned with business objectives.
- Education: You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Language: You must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Relocation: You must be willing to relocate for the position if needed.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
