If you share our vision for a low-carbon future, this role could be the perfect fit. We are seeking an Engineering Service Coordinator to join our team in Rome, reporting directly to the Proposal and Subcontracting Section Head.

About The Role:

This position is part of the Engineering Proposals & Subcontract Coordination Section, responsible for estimating Engineering Services during tender proposals, managing Engineering Subcontracts, and coordinating with suppliers.

Main interactions include internal collaboration with various departments, such as Proposal, Estimating, Planning, and Engineering Disciplines, as well as external interactions with Engineering Companies.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Estimate Engineering Services during bid phases;
  • SUPPORT THE HEAD OF THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT IN DEFINING SUBCONTRACTING PLANS;
  • Support the Engineering Subcontract Section Head in the Companies Qualification Process;
  • Manage preparation of Engineering Subcontract Requisition for Inquiry;
  • Issue Technical/Commercial Tabulation;
  • Prepare and issue Negotiation Report for Inquiry;
  • Monitor Subcontracting Execution;
  • Manage Change Orders.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A local contract;
  • Qualifications: A Master's degree in engineering is preferred; a High School Diploma in Technical Disciplines is required;
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Main Skills: Attitude to perform tasks in a team environment; capability to complete tasks on time with high quality; proactive, committed, and results-driven attitude; autonomous and organizational skills/time management; minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas international companies; strong MS Office skills, including Excel.

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Join us in shaping a sustainable future
