Job Summary:

FAAC Technologies, a leading global provider of access automation, parking systems, and access control solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, production planning, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
  • Plan the production of required equipment;
  • Monitor the progress of production orders;
  • Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions indicated in sales contracts;
  • Resolve return shipments, non-conformities, and delivery delays;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with existing regulations;
  • Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection;
  • Monitor customer credit situations;

Requirements and Competences:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics;
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and a second language (German a plus);
  • Precision and accuracy;
  • Risk analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Planning and organization skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP management and Microsoft Office;
