HR Recruiter (m/f)

Key Responsibilities

Within the Human Resources Department, this role entails, following a necessary onboarding phase to grasp the Marposs ethos and operational environment, the recruitment of personnel. Additionally, it includes organizing career fairs and employer branding initiatives, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and coordinating internship programs.

The selected candidate will operate from the Bentivoglio Headquarters as well as other Italian locations within the Marposs Group, necessitating frequent short-term travel across Northern Italy.



Candidate Profile

A degree in Psychology, Political Science, or Law with a commendable academic record and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are essential.

Key attributes for this position include sensitivity, strong listening skills, and emotional intelligence, which are crucial for this challenging yet impactful role in conveying corporate culture and ensuring the continuity and quality of the talent being recruited and nurtured within the organization.

This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
