HR Recruiter (m/f)

Key Responsibilities

In the Human Resources Department, this position entails, following a necessary onboarding phase to grasp the Marposs ethos and operational environment, the recruitment of personnel. Additionally, the role includes organizing career fairs and employer branding initiatives, fostering partnerships with educational institutions, and coordinating internship programs.

The selected candidate will operate at the Bentivoglio Headquarters as well as at various Italian subsidiaries of the Marposs Group, necessitating frequent short-term travel within Northern Italy.



Candidate Profile

A degree in Psychology, Political Science, or Law with a commendable academic record and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role is essential.

Essential qualities for this position include sensitivity, strong listening skills, and a balanced approach, as the role is challenging yet significantly influences the dissemination of corporate culture and the quality of talent acquisition and development within the organization.

This position welcomes candidates of all genders (Italian Law 903/77).
