**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Marposs. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and universities to identify potential candidates
  • Organize career days and employer branding events to promote Marposs as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Political Science, or Law
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
