About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join our team at Amazon. As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise self-service clients on our Demand-Side Platform (DSP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deepen Client Relationships: Own the end-to-end engagement with clients, including training, onboarding, and implementation, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic consultation on DSP best practices with clients, spanning campaign setup, optimization, and integrations.
  • Advocate for Clients: Serve as a point of escalation and advocate for clients within Amazon, working closely with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers, as well as Amazon Ads internal sales, product, and support teams.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
  • Drive Evolution of Amazon DSP: Assist customers with product beta participation, capture customer feedback, and collaborate closely with cross-functional Amazon teams.
A Day in the Life

A typical day for a Programmatic Solutions Consultant could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting customers with beta features, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations, and monitoring their impact.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills with ability to establish credibility with technical and non-technical business owners.
