Role Overview:

We are in search of a Senior IT ERP Finance Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in evaluating client business needs and delivering effective solution designs that enhance ERP Finance operations. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, you will assess business requirements, conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, and develop detailed designs while participating in functional testing to ensure the quality of solutions developed by our technical teams.

This position requires a strong understanding of Finance processes within the telecommunications sector, particularly with tools such as SAP FI-CO. You should possess robust technical skills and experience in SAP, along with project management capabilities and a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving. As part of the IT ERP SAP Centre of Expertise, you will also assist in incident resolution and implement necessary change requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include:

• Acting as a bridge between business functions and the SAP IT Development team.

• Overseeing the lifecycle of SAP software enhancements.

• Collaborating with project teams during the analysis and implementation of functional improvements and addressing defects during testing phases.

• Managing assigned projects to fulfill business requirements within specified timelines and budgets.

• Supporting IT Application Operations by guiding and conducting analyses to resolve incidents and problems.

Essential Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Extensive experience with SAP accounting modules (FI-CO) and their integration with other SAP modules or applications.

• Familiarity with SAP implementation processes and testing methodologies, along with basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging.

• Experience in full-cycle software implementation.

• Proficiency in designing and configuring SAP FI modules.

• A solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management principles, including service, release, and change management.

• The ability to prepare specifications, estimates, and documentation to support completed work.

• A strong grasp of enterprise and solution architecture principles.

• Insight into business Finance processes.

• A degree in business administration or computer science is preferred.

• Fluency in English.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to frequent changes.

• Project management experience is a plus.
