Your Role

We are currently seeking an Aftersales Specialist to join our Technical Support Department. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold and enhance the reputation of our products, ensuring their quality, reliability, and serviceability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely service support to Customer Centers on a daily basis.
  • Proactively improve product quality through diligent follow-up on failure reports, participating in technical committee meetings, and contributing to product quality discussions.
  • Communicate product enhancements and necessary actions to customer centers via service bulletins and our service website.
  • Engage actively in product development to ensure optimal serviceability and cost-effectiveness, participating in project team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate service information, documentation, service kits, and tools to enhance serviceability.
  • Collaborate with the competence development group to provide and enhance technical training.

Your role will involve regular interaction with customer centers, other product companies, finance, purchasing, engineering, production, and product managers.

As our products are utilized globally, occasional travel to meet customers will be required.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with an engineering background, whether entry-level or experienced. A degree in engineering is essential, along with technical knowledge of compressors, dryers, and compressed air systems.

Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is advantageous. Familiarity with software tools such as MS Office, Lotus Notes, and BPCS will be beneficial.

Personal Attributes:

The ideal candidate will be proactive and customer-focused, maintaining regular communication with customer centers and providing clear, precise guidance. Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset are essential.

As a problem solver, you will effectively address unexpected challenges and seek to understand their root causes. Your analytical skills will enable you to evaluate data and prioritize tasks efficiently.

You should be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest level of customer service. Short trips abroad should not pose a challenge.
