Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Area Manager to oversee the sales performance and profitability of stores within their designated area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, providing guidance to brand managers, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and enhance profitability
  2. Provide guidance and support to brand managers to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure a seamless wholesale experience
  4. Collaborate with brand and customer service teams to effectively manage inventory levels
  5. Uphold the brand's commitment to outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  6. Schedule showroom appointments and provide assistance to clients visiting the showroom
  7. Proactively seek out new accounts to expand the company's network and present opportunities to senior management
  8. Manage budgets and market analysis to refine company strategies
  9. Oversee the training and development of store staff to ensure they possess essential product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  10. Update and verify information in the company's CRM system, including budgets, projections, appointments, and feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of designer/advance contemporary wholesale experience with a passion for sales and building relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion retail, economics, or similar is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and German required (minimum B2)
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Office package (Access, Power Point, Outlook...)
  • Developed buyer relationships
  • Detailed reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in international sales is a must
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines
  • Good team attitude
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
