Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Solaris Biotech, a Donaldson brand specializing in bioprocessing equipment design and manufacturing.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative bioreactors and fermenters for the biotech, pharma, and food and beverage industries.

This role requires a deep understanding of process control, P&IDs standard settings, and safety regulations related to machinery. Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mastery of chemical, process, or pharmaceutical engineering principles.
  • Experience in hydraulic sizing of lines and main process equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, agitation groups, valves, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (cGMP, PED, ASME-U) and local regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate under pressure.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
