At Dojo, we're on a mission to empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy. As an Underwriter - Credit Risk Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients and the management of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of potential clients, analyzing financial data and identifying potential risks.
  • Verify Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the integrity of our payment systems.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the underwriting team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our risk management processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform our risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in underwriting or credit risk management, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and the Italian market.
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
