About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sustainability Transformation Expert to join our team in Milan, Italy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our leading-edge sustainability consultancy.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up successful client relationship strategies, contributing to the growth of our business, and developing and delivering sustainability strategies for our clients. They will work closely with senior sustainability leaders, project teams, and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop client transformation sustainability strategies towards operating within planetary boundaries.
  • Ensure ambition and coherence of pricing strategy across branches.
  • Advising project teams on executing projects at high quality to meet objectives.
  • Ensuring accountability for quality of deliverables of projects for clients.
  • Reviewing course of transformation with Quantis team and clients.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in strategy consulting, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in sales and building strategies for clients.
  • Fluent Italian and English communication skills (verbally and in writing).
  • Able to travel approximately 30%.
