About the Role

Limagrain Europe is a leading company in the seed sector for extensive crops, seeking a skilled Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team in the MARCHE Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing distributors and consorzi, as well as liaising with farmers to promote our products. Your primary goal will be to coordinate all promotional activities, field tests, and events in the area, ensuring the successful sale of our seeds. You will also be expected to regularly use corporate IT tools and CRM to track your progress and stay connected with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage distributors and consorzi in the MARCHE Region
  • Liaise with farmers to promote our products
  • Coordinate promotional activities, field tests, and events
  • Use corporate IT tools and CRM to track progress and stay connected with the team

Requirements
  • Strong commercial characteristics and a passion for the agricultural sector
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
