Logistics Coordinator

C.H. Robinson is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support our team in Pescara. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling transport orders, collaborating with carriers, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth order execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Calling carriers to request plate numbers
  • Solving different problems that can occur during transit (wrong reference, delays, damage etc.)
  • Adding status in the system
  • Handling carrier documents
  • Entering new events of the shipments and closing events that are resolved
  • Handling payment issue problems for the carriers

Requirements:

  • At least a B2 level of English proficiency
  • Fluency in Romanian/French/German
  • A preference for a dynamic work environment and the ability to thrive in the face of daily challenges
  • Diligence and strong motivation are essential attributes
