Job Title: Customs Logistics Coordinator

Join our team at Davide Campari Milano N.V. as a Customs Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing our customs operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening and renewal of customs authorities.
  • Oversee AEO authorization and conduct regular audits and reviews.
  • Monitor import and export operations of finished goods.
  • Ensure proper operations in bonded warehouses.
  • Manage special rules and bank guarantees in collaboration with Treasury.
  • Classify goods and handle Certificate of Origin requests.
  • Coordinate inspections by customs officials in production units and headquarters.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues.
  • Maintain relationships with external offices, including customs, ministries, and associations.
  • Support Customs Specialists in their professional growth.
Key Relationships:
  • Internal: Group Tax Director, Group Tax & Transfer Pricing Coordinator, Tax Manager, Plant Director, Plant Excise & Customs Coordinator, Excise Specialist, Logistics Manager.
  • External: Customs offices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in consumer goods industries, preferably in the spirits category.
  • Proven track record in managing teams with functional reporting lines.
Skills:
  • Customs management and knowledge of customs law.
  • Understanding of business processes and risks related to customs.
Behavioral Characteristics:

  • Strong understanding of business priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with different teams and analyze data.
  • Strong English skills and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
