About the Role

Ferrari S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled Lifestyle Architecture Specialist to join its team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of the Architecture and Visual team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across the company's global ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Architecture Manager in the management of all new openings, relocations, renovations, temporary, and touch-up projects in line with the Ferrari Brand Identity and Store Concept.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operational management of budgets allocated to individual projects and review of budgets.
  2. Liaison with regions and Visual Merchandising teams to prepare project briefs.
  3. Management of the legal and documentary aspects of the project, including monitoring contracts with the Legal department and purchasing process.
  4. Management of relationships with suppliers for necessary mock-ups and samplings.
  5. Technical support to the Visual Merchandising team in the creation of pop-ups and temporary stores.
  6. Regular site visits to supervise work.
  7. Reporting to the Architecture Manager on the progress of project phases.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and you will have gained at least 2-3 years of dedicated experience in the role in luxury contexts.

Experience in managing architectural projects (new openings, relocation, renovation, temporary, and touch-ups) is mandatory to manage the activities.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented, and structured. Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and reason in-depth, are essential. You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. Attention to detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role are also required.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally is also required. Fluency in English is necessary.
