Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our stores, employees, and customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Configuring and repairing point-of-sale systems, computers, printers, phones, smartphones, and tablets
  • Receiving and managing tickets for anomalies or requests from colleagues and stores (Helpdesk first level)
  • Managing end-to-end anomalies or requests
  • Providing support to colleagues on all IT-related topics
  • Proposing solutions and improvements for daily operations
  • Setting up the IT system for store openings (cash register, PC, printers, and devices)
  • Managing and coordinating external companies for all IT-related work on installations and maintenance of corporate systems
  • Providing phone support during store opening hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Participating in IT projects
  • Upon request, participating in English-language meetings
  • Upon request, translating manual and IT documentation from English to Italian

Requirements

  • Diploma in a technical and IT-related field
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and WLAN)
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft, Android, and iOS operating systems
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
