Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Pole To Win International. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue within the video games industry, specifically in the North America region, focusing on player/customer support and community management solutions or game development.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and manage relationships with a dedicated client base.
  • Identify new prospective clients and develop sales development strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Qualify sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments, and generate plans to close deals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience selling game service solutions to gaming clients.
  • Experience selling customer services, outsourcing services, or adjacent services to different stakeholders at all levels of target organizations.
  • Strong network of gaming industry contacts and excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive basic salary, an OTE with a % based commission package, group pension scheme, and death in service benefit. If you are passionate about gaming and have a strong sales background, we encourage you to apply.
