Job Summary:

To ensure the smooth operation of the Operations Center Milan, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and technical aspects of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address any technical issues or maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree with a strong background in maintenance and operations.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
