Position Overview
We are looking for a Retail Operations Leader to oversee our store in a prestigious outlet environment.
Role Objectives
The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for steering the store's performance, enhancing business outcomes, leading and inspiring the team, and delivering an exceptional customer journey to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
SALES MANAGEMENT
Ensures the attainment of both Team and Individual Sales objectives and client engagement targets. Optimizes the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with corporate strategies. Encourages the team to embrace bold selling techniques to maximize opportunities. Analyzes product performance, identifying best sellers and adjusting stock levels accordingly to propose commercial strategies. Supports the execution of product and sales initiatives.CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Fully embodies the Bottega Veneta brand, fostering connections and building a robust client portfolio. Guides the team in delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience, adhering to company service standards. Cultivates lasting relationships with both new and existing clientele.TEAM LEADERSHIP
Acts as a mentor and motivator, fostering teamwork and staff retention. Inspires and energizes the team towards achieving shared objectives. Aids the team in surpassing targets through coaching, support, and delegation.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Upholds the brand's integrity by adhering to legal standards. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, keeping team members informed.Candidate Profile
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Fashion and Luxury Retail sector. Demonstrated ability to drive performance and manage teams effectively. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong focus on results. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of budget management. Ability to inspire and motivate team members. Knowledgeable about fashion and luxury trends, with a commitment to the brand's image. Skilled in team management, coaching, and development.
