Position:
Store Manager

Location:
Sanremo

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and cultivate the store team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators
  • Ensure adherence to company principles and strategic goals
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to evaluate store performance
  • Establish clear goals and action plans to achieve financial targets
  • Provide continuous coaching and training to maintain a superior customer experience
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector
  • 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Commercially minded with a focus on achieving results
  • Familiarity with Visual Merchandising
Compensation and benefits will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications.
