Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support as part of the Service Desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and products, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk environment, with a strong background in ITIL principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • MSP experience is required, with a strong understanding of IT service management concepts and best practices.
