We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager BMS to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating projects under your responsibility in terms of budget, planning, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects budgets looking for solutions that can improve profitability
  • Manage Maintenance Service Contracts
  • Be responsible for the Operations and P&L for maintenance activities
  • Define project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability
  • Comprehend Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive work environment with colleagues
  • Build positive relationships with Customers
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with the service Sales team and share information across the organization

Requirements

  • Proven Service Management experience minimum 5 years
  • Problem solving and Troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks
  • University degree
