Position Overview

As a pivotal figure in our retail environment, the Team Manager is tasked with enhancing store performance to exceed established targets and objectives, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Foster a collaborative and professional team atmosphere that encourages trust, integrity, and high performance, setting a positive example.


• Engage directly with the team on the sales floor, maintaining a pulse on daily operations and team dynamics.


• Provide continuous support and constructive feedback to team members to promote their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.


• Conduct regular performance discussions to review outcomes and formulate actionable plans for improvement.


• Implement on-the-spot coaching to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.


• Assist in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-caliber team.


• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources to address employee relations matters effectively.


• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures by team members.

Client Engagement


• Inspire the team to deliver an outstanding client experience, instilling a hospitality mindset throughout.


• Cultivate a client engagement approach aimed at building enduring relationships with customers.


• Lead the implementation of clienteling initiatives with the store team, developing strategies to achieve goals and key performance indicators.


• Exhibit leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.

Product Management


• Monitor the performance of designated product categories and proactively suggest strategies to meet targets.


• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to provide valuable insights on product performance, inventory status, and specific store needs.


• Work alongside the Visual Merchandising team to optimize category potential while ensuring the store's image aligns with brand standards.


• Ensure the team possesses comprehensive product knowledge through targeted training, while staying informed about market trends and competitors.
