Job Description:
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Business Manager to join its Pharma Service team in Ferentino. This is a world-class contract manufacturing facility specializing in aseptic injectable drugs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand and respond to client technical requirements to provide the best solutions.
2. Identify and communicate production costs and prepare quotations and cost books.
3. Proactively propose new or alternative services to clients.
4. Prepare and regularly update commercial forecasts and participate in contractual negotiations.

Requirements:
• Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
• Proven account management and customer-facing skills.
• Analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
