We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager on a Permanent basis to become an integral part of our team.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire Project Execution and Execution Readiness phases, from initial sales through to final acceptance and handover to service. This role is crucial in ensuring that the project team meets the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and fulfills contractual obligations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Project Manager will take charge of the overall execution phases, ensuring effective management, coordination, and leadership of the project team. This includes securing a successful implementation of the wind farm installation, focusing on cost, quality, timelines, and other KPIs. Act as the primary representative of the project within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration across various departments, including Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, and Supply Chain. Manage the financial dimensions of the project, conducting thorough risk analyses and implementing necessary mitigation strategies proactively. Ensure adherence to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining compliance with HSE and technical standards at the project site. Oversee institutional relationships and manage commercial and contractual discussions with key stakeholders, addressing claims, disputes, and contractual matters. Serve as the primary contact for all parties involved in the project, including customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Handle claim management processes, including orders, invoicing, and cash collection. Represent the organization to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain project management tools, including schedules, risk matrices, forecasts, and organizational charts, while ensuring regular site visits. Monitor and report on performance indicators as defined by the project management department.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in operational project execution and construction management for complex technical projects, preferably within the wind energy sector or similar industries. Proven experience managing multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial insight. A technical background supported by a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering.BENEFITS:
