Job Summary

The Casino Host Coordinator is the first point of contact for invited guests and VIPs, responsible for creating a great experience for all TRCR guests. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, resolving guest conflicts and complaints, developing lasting relationships with guests, and maintaining confidentiality of player information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service by greeting guests individually with a positive and cheerful demeanor.
• Assist in resolving guest conflicts and complaints in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develop lasting relationships with guests through consistent interaction and communication.
• Maintain the confidentiality of player information, including personal details and gaming activity.
• Assist the Player Development Manager with running reports to monitor guest activity.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of computer programs, including Windows applications.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Must participate in Title 31 training annually.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required.
