Hamilton Court FX is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the FX sector, recognized for its swift sales growth and featured in The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100. Headquartered in London, the company expanded to Milan in 2020, opening the first licensed SIM to offer FX investment services in Italy. The Milan office comprises two regulated entities: a "Società d'Intermediazione Mobiliare" (SIM) and an "Istituto di Pagamento" (IdP). HCFX Italy helps businesses and financial institutions manage FX exposure, enabling SMEs to trade globally by simplifying traditional procedures.

About the Role

We are seeking sales professionals who are passionate about pursuing new business opportunities, eager to continue learning and growing professionally within FX sales, and possess a proactive can-do attitude and healthy dose of competitiveness to overcome daily challenges. As a Business Developer, you will spend time on the telephone and in face-to-face meetings, building lasting relationships and closing deals with prospective clients. You will also attend national exhibitions to network with businesses and advise them on FX-related products.

This role is ideal for those at the beginning of their sales career. We will provide comprehensive training in all aspects of Foreign Exchange (FX). You will be motivated, challenged, and inspired to succeed. As you progress, you will move through various roles—from Business Development Manager (BDM) to Treasury Consultant, and ultimately to Senior Treasury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements
  • Make introductory calls to new corporate clients
  • Develop a sales pipeline
  • Closing new business with an aim to develop long-lasting relationships
  • Develop internal relationships with our Dealing team
  • Stay aware of and take an active interest in FX movements and the world economy
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
  • Attend morning training sessions and twice-daily team/market briefings
  • Keep up to date with market structure changes and regulation
