Residences Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Supervisor to join our team at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our residences, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue in our residences
• Manage and maintain relationships with apartment owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with the General Manager and FOM department to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of residences, including renovations and adaptations
• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
• Develop and implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of residences to ensure they meet our high standards
• Develop and implement training programs for residence staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Fluent English and German language skills
• Strong hospitality background and experience in residence management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Protel
