The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our Customer Value Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of a new, highly strategic product that has the potential to revolutionize the Italian and international gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital community strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and moderate online communities, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, Strategy, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital entertainment, including AI, VR, and AR
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-level organized contexts, preferably in the digital entertainment and gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of B2C marketing dynamics, including acquisition, prevention, and retention
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
