Your Role:

  • As a member of the Customer Value Management team, you will contribute to the development and ongoing management of a highly strategic new product that has the potential to transform the Italian and international markets.

Your Profile:

  • You possess 3 to 5 years of experience in complex organizational settings (such as agencies and incubators), ideally within the digital entertainment and gaming sectors or digital communication consultancy;
  • A degree in managerial engineering or a related field, along with experience in digital platform development (covering strategy, requisition, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery) through collaboration with IT departments;
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing dynamics in service sales (including acquisition, prevention, and retention), with the ability to monitor, assess, and report using advanced analytical skills;
  • A keen interest in emerging trends in digital entertainment (such as A.I., VR, AR, etc.);
  • Familiarity with software programming potentials, digital architecture development, and CMS platforms;
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools is essential. You are detail-oriented and reliable in task execution, adaptable (comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies), and skilled in self-managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and producing comprehensive project documentation. You are naturally curious, innovative, and proactive;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively throughout project development, engaging with specialists from various teams, including Design (UX/UI), Marketing, Strategy, and IT, while managing interactions in a multifaceted environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content management (production and enhancement) and digital community engagement (social media posting, live streaming, moderation, and community management);
  • Basic understanding of key programming languages, ticket management platforms (such as Jira), and social media management/listening tools.
