Job Title: Digital Manager

About the Role:

Ricercamy S.R.L., a leading global company in the high-end cooking systems sector, is seeking a Digital Manager to join our team. As a Digital Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital channels in line with our sales and marketing objectives, while ensuring brand reputation and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a digital advertising strategy (Advertising, Google Adwords, Pay per Click, Affiliation) to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) aligned with our editorial plans.
  • Analyze and improve our e-commerce platform to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Optimize budget allocation and regularly review performance metrics.
  • Define and implement SEO strategies and improvements.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns using Google Analytics.
  • Enhance online content distribution and implement digital strategies.
  • Support management in lead generation and conversion activities through partners and external agencies.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and coordinate implementations.
  • Ensure accurate execution of activities related to campaign loading, management, and reporting on company websites.
  • Develop digital branding strategies to increase brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Manage CRM platform operations, including campaign management and training for CRM collaborators.
  • Create reports on all digital activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and advanced Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • SEO techniques and mindset.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking, with attention to detail and precision.

Contract and Salary:

Ricercamy S.R.L. offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary of approximately € [salary] per year.
