La nostra azienda, Michael Page International Italia S.r.l., è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto in marketing digitale per supportare la nostra crescita e sviluppo.

**Responsabilità del ruolo**

Il Digital Marketing Manager Senior avrà la responsabilità di pianificare e implementare strategie di marketing digitale per la nostra azienda, con un focus particolare su:

  • Pianificazione e implementazione di strategie di digital marketing (B2B e B2C) attraverso i diversi canali: social media, contenuti, CRM, SEO, pubblicità online (con un focus particolare su quest'ultima attività)
  • Ottimizzazione del sito web per migliorare la visibilità e l'esperienza utente
  • Coordinamento di un team per lo sviluppo di una strategia coerente rispetto agli obiettivi di business
  • Valutazione delle prestazioni delle varie attività e monitoraggio dei principali KPI e ROI
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori esterni
  • Contribuzione alla crescita delle prestazioni commerciali del gruppo, sia sul canale B2B che B2C

**Competenze e esperienza richieste**

Il candidato ideale avrà:

  • 6/7 anni di esperienza nell'implementazione di strategie di digital marketing B2B e B2C
  • Ottima conoscenza, anche operativa, del mondo pubblicità online e performance marketing
  • Conoscenza delle logiche del marketing tradizionale
  • Capacità di guidare, motivare e fare performare il team a suo riporto
