Job Overview

PMX is seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Manager to join its Milan offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce digital strategy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital performance media strategies to drive client growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize ecommerce activities, including media and retail, to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute integrated media strategies.
  • Lead a team of specialists to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce activities.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance media as a senior biddable, performance marketing, or similar role.
  • Managerial experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Google ADS, Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic DSP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
