Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to help our clients optimize their business operations and processes. The successful candidate will have experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, as well as knowledge of Romanian legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze Clients' Current Business Processes

Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Develop and Implement Customized ERP Solutions

Design and implement customized ERP solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Provide Training and Support

Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends

Stay current with the latest industry trends and developments, continuously improving the ERP solution to meet evolving business needs.

Advise on Compliance

Provide expert advice on compliance with Romanian legislation and regulations, ensuring clients' ERP solutions meet all relevant requirements.

Strong Problem Resolution and Teamwork

Demonstrate strong problem resolution capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering open communication and cooperation.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of ERP know-how in configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proven experience implementing ERP solutions in a business consulting role.
  • Experience in ERP platforms, such as mesonic Winline or Microsoft Business Central will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of accountancy principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Romanian legislation and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with implementing ERP solutions and best practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is required.
