MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. As a Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and empowering them to become high-performing teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Teams to build and execute roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and remove blockers. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders and managers to fill communication gaps and reduce friction.

Requirements:

  • Solid software engineering background and knowledge of modern frameworks, architectural principles, and testing methodologies
  • Experience in leading SaaS technology organizations, fast-paced environments, and growing companies
  • Proven track record of managing successful projects, crisis management, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as XP/Scrum and Lean practices
  • Experience in working in a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration, and Delivery
