Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Development Culture team, reporting directly to the Learning Development Manager within the Human Resources department.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, participating in various initiatives, activities, and projects related to Diversity, Equity Inclusion (DEI), company culture, and employee engagement across the Sisal Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives related to DEI, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
2. Organize and coordinate events and workshops that promote DEI and foster a positive company culture.
3. Assist in the development and delivery of communication strategies to enhance DEI and engagement efforts across the organization.
4. Provide support in the implementation and launch of the Engagement Survey platform (Peakon), a tool used to measure and analyze employee engagement.
5. Contribute to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of DEI and engagement initiatives.
6. Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support DEI and engagement programs.
7. Collaborate with colleagues across different countries within the Flutter Group.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Economics, or related fields.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. B2+ level of English, both written and spoken.
4. Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities with strong attention to details.
