About the Role

As a key member of our Finance, IT, and Business Operations Team, you'll play a vital role in driving our Commercial Finance Operations transformation journey. This involves promoting collaboration, customer-centricity, and an agile way of working across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and screen tender opportunities in the referent market to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Manage the deal-to-contract lifecycle process, ensuring fairness and on-time delivery of documentation as defined by contract terms.
  • Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with involved functions to manage tender documentation.
  • Carry out activities from deals/quote to award and subsequent actions, ensuring contractual documentation is in place and properly maintained.
  • Monitor contract price conditions for customer orders and ensure administrative documentation is updated in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating within the team to ensure proper management of the deal-to-contract lifecycle process.
Requirements
  • University degree in Law or Economics and Business, or at least 3/4 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of deal-to-contract law and regulations, with experience in complex tender management (preferably in the Diagnostics or Medical Devices industry).
  • Excellent accuracy, problem-solving, result orientation, organizational skills, and stress management.
  • Good attitude towards innovative technologies, with good knowledge of Office package (especially Word and Excel) and preferably SAP.
  • Good level in English and fluency in Italian, with ability to understand business context and apply judgment towards prioritization and decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and ability to build trusting and productive relationships.
