Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant HR Business Partner to join our team at Wyser. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing regional and local HR key initiatives and projects for our manufacturing and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Talent Management
    • Coordinate the Performance Management process, including procedures, templates, and timelines.
    • Support managers in the management of talents and poor performers.
  • Recruiting & Training
    • Collect organization's recruitment needs and ensure the correct answer to recruitment needs by managing the entire selection and recruitment process.
    • Draft employment contracts and negotiate the offer until managers' level.
    • Support managers in the training needs' analysis to determine local training requirements.
    • Organize training sessions and implement training plans.
  • Rewarding & Recognition
    • Coordinate and support the following processes: Salary benchmarking and salary review process.
  • Employee Relations and HR Operations
    • Ensure that local HR data are up to date and provide reports on Key HR metrics for business evaluations.
    • Provide information and response to queries to employees on HR administration topics, such as policies, payslips, and labor contracts.
    • Support managers and supervisors in people management topics, such as performance management, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Manage the Trade Unions relationship.

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • HR Qualification
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 4 years of experience in Multinational companies (manufacturing/pharma preferred)
  • Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environment
  • Car Owner
