Job Title: HR Business Partner

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning our organization's people strategy with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to set priorities and drive business results
  • Provide daily HR guidance and support to management and employees
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to inform business decisions
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills
  • Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires
  • Create and maintain employee development plans to help employees achieve their career goals
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations and career development plans
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 8/10 years of experience in HR field
  • Proven experience with HR metrics and labor legislation
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical and goal-oriented approach
