Talent Solutions, a part of Manpower Group, is currently seeking a highly skilled Global Business Intelligence Specialist to join their team. This individual will work closely with the senior colleagues to manage project activities and prepare deliverables for a major pharmaceutical client based in Florence.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage External Providers: Collaborate with external partners to design and implement technical solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Interact with Business Key-Users and Process Owners: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide ongoing support.
  • Gathering and Analysis of Business Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Process Design: Design efficient processes that meet the client's goals and objectives.
  • Design of the Technical Solution: Develop and implement technical solutions using CCH Tagetik tools.
  • Configuration and Software Implementation: Configure software applications to meet client specifications and provide ongoing support.
  • Application Maintenance and Post go-live Support: Ensure the smooth operation of systems post-implementation and provide troubleshooting services as needed.
  • Change Management: Implement changes to existing processes and systems while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Expected Travel: 10%-20%

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position within an international company or consulting firm. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel is required. The candidate should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
