Key Responsibilities- Support the IT team in planning, executing, and communicating IT projects, including agenda management, minute-taking, and preparation of meetings.
- Assist in the communication of Business Process and IT strategy progress by preparing engaging presentations, tracking KPIs, and publishing updates on the intranet.
- Contribute to the collection of relevant information and insights to implement a fact-driven communication strategy.
- Support the Business Process and IT department in various projects and activities, such as organizing team building activities.
- University student or degree in Economics, Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Curiosity about complex and dynamic business transformation processes.
- Skills and passion for content creation and communication.
- Passion for technology and sports.
- Fluent English and Italian skills.
