About the Job

The Electrical Construction Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to join JUWI GmbH, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction works on solar PV EPC projects in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical construction works on solar PV EPC projects in Italy, ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager, Construction Team Leader, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution meets quality, schedule, and integration control requirements.
  • Inspect and supervise construction activities, reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor construction and commissioning, implementing KPIs and monitoring schedule and quality performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements in Italy.
  • Prepare and compile documentation to ensure contractual trade schedule and payment milestones are achieved.
  • Support the Logistics team with material distribution on site and incoming goods inspections.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience in electrical infrastructure projects, with 2 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV plants. You should have good communication skills, written and spoken, and be fluent in English and Italian.
