Our company, JUWI GmbH, is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to oversee the execution of solar PV EPC projects in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulations.



About the Role

The Electrical Construction Supervisor will be responsible for managing the construction process, including supervising contractors, inspecting work sites, and reporting to the Construction Manager. You will ensure that all project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring that all activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Supervise contractors, inspect work sites, and report to the Construction Manager on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
