Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Ambassador to join our team at Tn Italy. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers, providing a unique and personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a proactive and individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors, ensuring a deep understanding of our brand and products.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a secure and organized store environment, preventing product thefts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Passion for human relations and sales, with a strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building strong relationships with clients and working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and a deep understanding of our brand and products.
