Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager

Oilandgas.Org is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marine Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of submarine cables on offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation of submarine cables on offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company policies.
  • Supervise a team of installation engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including Project Management, Manufacturing, and Quality, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement installation plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore installation industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of submarine cable installation, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
