Accounting Assistant (Part-time 21h) - Protected Categories (L. 68/99)

At Tyvak International S.R.L., we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our Finance Office on a part-time basis (21 hours/week). This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about finance and has a strong background in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Assist in booking and reconciling company credit cards and related bank statements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency of the Finance Office.
Requirements:
  • Belonging to protected categories (L.68/99) is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Genya software is a plus.
  • Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written).
