We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our Italy Sales Team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ITS market and buying groups, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial policies for the assigned territory in line with the Sales Director's guidance.
  • Oversee sales performance and prepare related reports to ensure alignment with budget targets.
  • Stay informed about market and competition-related news, including prices, products, trends, and dynamics.
  • Maintain open communication with distributors and/or agents to ensure they are up-to-date on company commercial policies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance promotional campaigns and drive sales growth.
  • Travel for 50% of working time to meet with distributors and/or agents.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget for their area of responsibility and ensure achievement of set objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the ITS market and buying groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
