Descrizione del Lavoro:

Adecco Filiale di Pisa ricerca un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di Site Manager presso una prestigiosa società operante nel settore dei servizi globali e multiservizi. La posizione richiede una persona con esperienza nel ruolo di gestione dei servizi di pulizia e manutenzione, con una buona conoscenza degli impianti termici ed elettrici.

Requisiti:

  1. Diploma di Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado con indirizzo tecnico;
  2. Esperienza di almeno 12 mesi in posizione analoga;
  3. Conoscenza degli impianti termici ed elettrici e esperienza pregressa in gestione attività manutentive impianti edifici civili adibiti ad uffici;
  4. Capacità informatiche atte a gestire richieste di intervento e calendarizzazione manutenzioni;
  5. Autonomia nella gestione posta elettronica, Excel, Word, Acrobat PDF, navigazione internet;
  6. Possesso patente B;
  7. Gradito utilizzo di CAD per lettura disegni/schemi di impianti.

Si offre:

  1. Contratto a tempo indeterminato;
  2. Contratto CCNL per il personale dipendente da imprese esercenti servizi di pulizia e servizi integrati/multiservizi 5° livello con Ral commisurata all'effettiva esperienza maturata;
  3. Buoni pasto giornalieri di € 7,00 (per ogni giornata lavorata di almeno 6 ore).

Orario di Lavoro:

  1. Orario di lavoro dal Lun al Ven dalle 9.00 alle h pausa);
  2. Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte giornaliere presso l'ufficio tecnico di Milano (1/2 al mese) e presso i clienti siti nella regione Toscana o comunque regioni limitrofe (circa 2 al mese);
  3. Per le trasferte saranno utilizzati tendenzialmente mezzi pubblici (treno, ecc.), se la trasferta lo richiede è possibile utilizzare il proprio mezzo e nel caso il dipendente riceverà un rimborso km come previsto da tabella ACI. Il dipendente in trasferta ha diritto inoltre ad un'indennità di € 20,00 gg (per giorno lavorato al di fuori del comune), rimborso pasto fino a € 20,00 oltre che al rimborso delle spese sostenute (es. parcheggio, pedaggio).

Responsabilità:

  1. Gestione del personale addetto ai servizi di global service (pulizia e portierato): coordinamento e supervisione delle attività svolte presso le sedi dei clienti, sia dai dipendenti diretti che indiretti;
  2. Gestione della manutenzione degli impianti: pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sugli impianti;
  3. Coordinamento amministrativo delle attività (es. raccolta preventivi da società esterne, rendicontazione delle ore ed eventuali materiali per le lavorazioni svolte, predisposizione bozze di consuntivazione economica).
  4. Gestione dei rapporti con il committente raccogliendo le necessità ed eventuali segnalazioni;
  5. Utilizzo delle piattaforme software aziendali per la gestione delle attività (Sgm per gestione richiesta intervento e attività ordinarie, gestionale presenza);
  6. Elaborazione di report periodici.
